Women in Technology Wisconsin will feature Lorinda Lewis, PhD, DBA, President, Guided Problem Solving (GPS) Training presenting 'Employee Engagement: Tips and Techniques to Engage Everyone' at their breakfast meeting on January 25th.
Employee disengagement costs our economy billions of dollars a year, drains resources, and negatively impacts organizational culture. This presentation will offer tools and techniques that are easy to implement to increase employee engagement including aligning work to match the employee's motivation, strengths, and problem-solving style.
