Cost of college went up for all students at Herzing University-Brookfield

Tuition and fees rose 3.4 percent for 2017-18 at Herzing University-Brookfield, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.


Tuition and fees rose 3.4 percent for 2017-18 at Herzing University-Brookfield, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Wisconsin students paid $13,850 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year $460 more than the $13,390 charged for 2016-17.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 17 students received grants or scholarships totaling $102,849 and 11 students took out student loans totaling more than $85,832.

Including all undergraduates, 293 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.9 million. Another 262 took out $2.69 million in federal student loans.
