About 51.9 percent of the 54 degrees and certificates handed out by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Flex in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Milwaukee conferred 28 bachelor's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies. Data shows the school gave out 23 bachelor's degrees in Information Science/Studies, followed by 18 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and 10 bachelor's degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist.
